How do you get an outdoor wreath to hang if you have leaded glass

panes in the door? I have not been able to figure this out. I did have a wreath hanger on there but it started to scratch the door very badly and the inside of the door facing. So much so that DH said, you have to find another way to hang your wreaths on the door when we had the door re-stained. Well then I tried those magnetic wreath hangers, those work great for my other doors but not the front door! The problem is that there are leaded glass panes in them and so the magnet is not strong enough to hold anything through the two panes of glass. I gave up on suction cup hangers. Anyone have any good tips so I can hang my wreaths? thank you.
