The girl in the picture on the "New Fashion" QVC homepage - Friday, Jan 30

She's sitting on a bed with a large dog. Can anyone tell me what blue top she's wearing? I thought it was Susan Graver, because she has a color like that and a neckline like that, but hers is 3/4 sleeves and this one seems like long sleeves to the model's wrist. Any help? TIA!

It looks like a new item; often in these preview photos they show items that are coming up and will be presented in future shows.
