The color brown

I almost always wear a print with dressier brown pants. For solid tops with brown jeans - off white, white, oatmeal or black.

Along with the pastels mentioned, all the colors of fall especially olive and forest greens look good. I love black and navy with brown. You could also go scarf shopping and build an outfit from the palatte of the scarf.

I love brown too since I was young. Light blue, pink, creams, shades of green oranges all go with it. Although red goes with it it is not one of my favorite color combos.

Brown is essentially a neutral, almost anything will work with it...

peach, coral, orange, pink, turquoise, most greens, yellow, cream, white, camel

Also ask yourself is you need a warm or a cool brown that is really important.
