Warm sweaters- they DO exist!

I was thinking of our NY friends with their early snowstorm. {#emotions_dlg.scared}

It's hard to tell online if a sweater is thick enough to be warm, but I think I've found one. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

It's SJB from JCP, on sale for $24.99.

It comes in misses and petites (8455177), and 8 colors.

St. John’s Bay® Long-Sleeve Boatneck Cable Sweater

There is a cardigan version of this too (8455168), and a tunic version (8455169).

St. John's Bay® Button-Front Cable-Knit Cardigan St. John's Bay® Long-Sleeve Sweater Tunic with Scarf

This one is the JCP brand (8505253) for $29.99.

I'm seeing a lot of open weave, 3/4 sleeve, and tissue paper thin sweaters online, like these:

When I want warm, I go for technical sweaters made by companies that are expert in outdoor wear.

I like the cardigan. I have always had good luck with the St Johns Brand from JCP.

Re: Warm sweaters- they DO exist!

I have a few that I wear when it gets chilly, but not too cold to wear a jacket or coat. This is one of my favorites. I wore it last Tuesday to the eye doctors with a pair of fabric leggings and black high heel ankle boots. The only issue with this "fuzzy" sweater is I leave little pieces of black frizz on the car seat. Guess it will eventually wear out and I'll have to find a new one. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}
