The Basso Sheen

I just bought 2 Basso faux coats (A86539 and A229747), both in black, and the both have a sheen to them. They look shiny in any light. One reviewer said it looks like a cheap, child's stuffed animal and I have to agree. Can anyone please recommend to me a Basso faux fur jacket/coat in black that does NOT have this sheen?

I only bought one of his black coats. It was a couple of years ago - A83635. It has a slight sheen, but is textured and kind of shaggy so it's really not that noticeable.

But - my mother's real fur also had a sheen

Yeah ..... if real fur has a sheen, why worry about Basso's wonderful faux furs? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

Trying to think of a black natural fur that doesn't have a sheen, and can't come up with any. And please remember, as a visual descriptive, "looks cheap" is so subjective that it is meaningless.

I now own 2 of his coats. Just got A25869?, rosette faux fur in grey. Gorgeous! Bought a beautiful one last year too. It was more tunic length with a wrap belt. His are beautiful so I wouldn't worry that his coats aren't anything except what they should be. Enjoy
