The cold shoulder turtleneck is one of Susan Graver's new items. Do you think this concept is strange for fall/winter?

could be ok - but for me, it defeats the purpose of a turtleneck.

Re: Cold Shoulder Turtleneck

I like the cold shoulder look during the warm seasons, but a turtleneck with exposed shoulders seems like an oxymoron to me. In the fall/winter, I want my shoulders covered.

Re: Cold Shoulder Turtleneck

Personally I'm not comfortable wearing any cold shoulder item but that's just me.

Maybe it's time to retire that old style?

Yes I think it's very strange. This strange concept makes it look like you just ripped a hole in the sleeve by accident.

Re: Cold Shoulder Turtleneck

I think the idea is cute and fashion forward. I've seen quite a few designers do this style right, but Susan's seems to be off. Not sure if it's the fabric she used or the oddness of the size/cut of the hole. Also the fabric is very thin - you can look at the video and the first shot is the model and you can see her bra outline as well as her tummy and belly button. For the price I'd expect something with more substance.
