You are so right! Valerie is laid-back, and easy to listen to for long periods of time. I wish all of the show hosts were like that as well. I have to mute some of them after a few minutes!

I like Valerie, she has a pleasant personality, and I also like the way she uses her talent to show some decorating ideas that you can do with her products.

I think Valerie is more neutral toned, never gets excited or over the top and most definitely doesn't SCREAM! Susan says that everything is gorgeous, when in reality it's not. She is using a SALES person approach, kind of insincere in my opinion.
