I sometimes think I am the only woman on the planet who has NEVER looked good in one of these!! I am short waisted and am wide across my ribcage...also tend to carry my weight in my stomach...even when I weighed 115 lbs in my twenties, this was not a good look for me. I am not overweight today in my 60's, (size 10) but still my body type and this style do not play well together... SIGH....

That dress is a classic, the perfect dress. I always liked it because I have a well defined waist regardless of the size I happen to be wearing and that dress gives the hour glass shape I like. But I wore in the past, I've moved on.

I wore them in the early seventies. Had several and loved them. Not sure they would work for me now-----I got the ad this am and debated. The price is wonderful.
