Cream/Ivory lace skirt on model during Clarks shoe presentation!

Does anyone know about that skirt?? What brand or if it is available on QVC? It reminds me of the Alice & Olivia one that Amy Stran wore sometime ago..

It may be a GILI skirt or dress coming up. I saw a preview a few weeks ago - I can't remember which it was, though.
