New FB Page: QVC Style

I just received an email that said all of the followers of the Lisa Robertson QVC page are going to be merged into a new page called QVC Style. Did anybody else get this? I wonder if they are going to merge ALL of the host pages into this one? Might be a good idea. Kinda hard to hate on a page without a name! Clever--they will have over 200,000 instant followers.

I saw that page. I thought it was kind of underwhelming.

I got that too. Seemed odd as Lisa's old QVC FB page has/had alot of personal photos on it. Even thought for a second she was coming back in a new capacity - LOL ! It says:

"A Page you like on Facebook, Lisa Robertson QVC, is merging with another Page soon. By March 4th, it will be part of QVC Style and your like will be transferred to the merged Page.

Visit QVC Style to learn more about it."

I wonder if it's just QVC's way of trying to keep her thousands of fans on board, rather than just disabling her page?
