Cropped embroidered jacket

QVC - are they out of their minds? This jacket is on PM Style tonight straight from Project Runway. I quickly placed it in my cart not realizing I was looking at the easy pay amount. The jacket is $106! Do they think I'll pay this for a tiny cropped jacket made from rayon, polyester and spandex? The jacket is very cute to wear over tanks or T's but not at this price. Even the easy pay amount would be a bit much. Too bad they are not realistic.

I don't watch Project Runway, but what's the timeline on this? Obviously the shows must be recorded way ahead of time if QVC has time to manufacture a winning design and have it ready for air. Or - is the whole Project Runway thing set up - winners, styles predetermined before the "competition" starts?
