It certainly looks like the Cartier Ballon Blue. Large casing and diamonds. Does anyone recognize if it is? My gosh-they sart at $33,000-80,000 for larger with diamonds. The band is two-toned though. If it is a knock-off I certainly would like to know. It is gorgeous!

I turned her on just now (usually don't want her) and she isn't wearing a watch????

researched-Cartier Ballon Bleu-one of the larger ones.-over $70,000. Beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kate, Duchess of Cornwall wears a smaller one with no diamonds.
