That sounds really odd. I never cared for the show anyway even though I was a big Joan fan, didn't care for the co-hosts. I liked her reality show "Joan Knows Best" much better, used to watch that all the time.

You never know the other hosts might have wanted it this way so they could move on to other opportunities. Sometimes when a key person passes the ""show"" is never the same so I think this was a wise move. That way they are not connected to the show if it fails.

I love Kathy Griffin. Her humor is similar to Joan Rivers. Not just my opinion, but have seen the topic discussed on E. You can't be a prude to watch her however, she does have quite the potty mouth. But I guess I do too, because I just love her and get lots of laughs.
