How are you going to clean this with the untreated edges? It won't take much movement until fraying starts.

Might be great for a night out, but after that, its going to ravel or fray. It must have seams sewn down around the armholes, then it wouldn't look good as a scarf if they show. Back to the drawing board to finesse it better.

I had a large blue scarf and I did this last night, it will be cute to add to a plain outfit. I like vests....

I think that is a clever idea. Very simple. You could do this w/ 60"" of any material...like a jersey or thin terry and it might night fray.
