He's not as critical as Joan - NO ONE can replace her! - but he is amusing and has an eye for fashion - both mass merchandise stuff and high couture.

Does anyone else agree with me?

I nominate Bevy Smith, who hosts Fashion Queens on Bravo, that is if she wants a new gig.

I can see that. IM is gracious, funny, with a spicy touch of ornery. That would work. I do like some Clinton Kelley, though. He's fun on his Chew show. Great smile and humor is definitely saucy. That would work, too!

I am not a big fan of Kathy Griffin but I do think she would make a good host. She might have to tone it down a bit. I was just thinking of her as my choice yesterday.

I have been a Joan ranger for a long time (would not miss a salute)! Her death has me very depressed...

Not that Joan could ever be replaced, she was one of a kind.

That said, life goes on... and this thread makes me happy.

No Isaac- but I like several of the other suggestions... Kathy griffin, Clinton Kelly (how about both Clinton and Stacey together again??? Might work!

How about Wendy Williams?
