GAP Sale

It's so nice when you stroll into a store and the first thing you see are basic long sleeve T-shirts on clearance for $6.99! The only colors available were black, charcoal and navy, but it doesn't get more basic than that. The entire store is on some kind of sale (40% off regular price and extra 30% off clearance)

Most of us are guilty of having bought clothes because the price was rock bottom only to not wear the items. My present way of thinking considers that to be a bad purchase at any price. My haul is the complete opposite of that. In addition to the t-shirts I bought a denim shirt and a pair of print cotton pants. The total bill including tax was $45, and there isn't a thing in the bag which I won't wear often, thus making it one of those truly great buys!
