Coldwater Creek going out of business

Oh no! No wonder I have not been getting their catalog.

I wonder if it has to do with the economy. I don't believe it is improving like some politicians say, so I fear more businesses will close.

Used to be a big fan. Years ago, I used to scour their outlet section online and with their sale combined with coupons, boxes were always on their way. Now they are just a shadow of their former selves. Too bad. Another one bites the dust.

I saw they had filed for bankruptcy and were closing all their stores.

I always opted for jjill over CC. Better fabrics, quality and great sales.

This is what happens when you lower the quality of your products and still raise the price. Take note QVC.

Until a couple years ago, I thought they were a sporting goods company. Obviously I'd never been in one of their stores. I was led astray by the name, sounds outdoorsy.

Same here. I used to love their sales,especially when combined with the outlet prices. The items were nice and cost very little. When quality started to go downhill it wasn't even worth the lower prices and I stopped buying.
