New term from Gary today, in addition to "denim and coe".. "upsell" .

The TSV also has an "upsell" tank.

That's one I hadn't heard before.

It is a term used as meaning an add on product. Nothing new.

I don't know why I don't like the guy. He adds nothing to the presentation. I like almost all the hosts and vendors but for some reason Gary irritates me. Sorry Gary.

He adds absolutely nothing. I watched Carolyn's morning show and was glad to see she was solo. It might work if they brought him out once and a while to introduce something new or different, but in general, I can do without him.

Upsell isn't new at all. They do it all the time, like offering earrings that match a TSV necklace.

Yes, it is a often used phrase.

"To each their own, in all things".

Yes, upsell is a term for an add on sale item. It is a sales tactic, NOT a term to use to the buyer, though.

That's what I thought. It seemed like something he shouldn't say. It seemed like he was saying, "Yes, this shirt is boring in this matchy-matchy version…however, you can buy this additional tank top and it might look good."
