O/T help needed--stray cat hid her babies on my deck behind a planter!

I saw her with them this morning. There are 4 and they are so cute. I have heard horror stories about feral cats and hope someone can provide some advice on how to humanely get rid of them. I would never want to hurt them but afraid of them multiplying and taking over my yard. Has anyone had experience or willing to provide some advice. TIA!
