Just received Susan Gravers Sparkle Liquid Knit Top and I had to look online again at the color, it's called ocean blue but clearly to me it's not an ocean blue but an ink blue, the color on the screen doesn't match either what I received. Same for a Dooney purse, color online was just gorgeous but what I received was dull and drab. Just today again with a COACH purse, color is nothing like it was advertised. What the heck is going on...has this happened to you too?

It's like when they something is pink & it's really more like a pinkish orange color.

That's the issue, it's not the TV, it's the computer screen. The Dooney was sent back, it was a dirty deep plum color, sure wasn't presented online like that but the CS gal told me that what's online may not be the exact color you receive...no one checks to see if their pics match.
Now for Susan's top, not sure, haven't tried it on but was really looking forward to that Caribbean ocean blue and it's a dark ink blue...we'll have to see on that one. The Coach bag, not sure on that one either, it might go back...you know if you really don't love it, expecting something different, you shouldn't keep it...I keep telling myself that.
