I am going to a wedding at the Winterbourne Inn, Orange Park, Fl early November.

Looking for suggestions on what to wear since I'm not familiar with the weather that time of the year.

Better add I am plus size 63 year aunt of the groom.

TIA

I would safely say you can plan on weather anywhere from the 60's through the 70's. But, they can also be just as unpredictable as anywhere else. Even tho Florida doesn't have drastic weather changes like we do here in Michigan, when I'm down there (usually in November), I dress for Fall. You may need a wrap if you're planning on wearing sleeveless.

When our son was married (Sarasota), it was mid November. I wore sleeveless and had a wrap. I didn't need my wrap till late into the night. It was in the 60's to mid 70's at that time.

I tried being patient but it took too long.

Thanks for the information. I'm in Northern Michigan and will be accustomed to cold temps by then so anything over 50 will feel warm :)

I lived in Orange Park, FL for 28 years and I can tell you November weather there is unpredictable. If I were you, I would pick something that had a jacket. That way you could remove it if it was too warm. Layers is what I would do if I were you.

Our November is probably like your September. Starting to get cool for us, but definitely not cold to a Michigander.

(To the natives, this is our fall - practically winter. When it finally gets down to 70, the Uggs come out. I'll probably be wearing my down vest.)

I think Zcat is exaggerating about the boots at 70 degrees. Weather can be erratic, but the comparison of our November to your September is fair. Bring a nice wrap just in case.

Whatever you decide to wear to the wedding, have a great time. The Winterbourne Inn at Club Continental is a beautiful place to have a wedding.
