How do you get a second book? Are you only allowed to borrow one book at a time?

I searched the website for a book that is offered today and I can not figure out how to get it on my Kindle. I borrowed one a few days ago that I am still reading. I got it without any trouble. Now, today, I can't find the same way to BORROW the book, rather than BUY the book.

Hmmm...

Any ideas? TIA!
