HP TSV Before Xmas

Maybe it's just me, but the keys seem to sort of stick or maybe I just want to type faster than this PC will type. The spacebar seems to just drag, just like the letter/number keys. Anyone else having this problem and is there a way to "speed" up the keyboard?

You should call CS, and return this laptop to QVC.

No way would my DH want to uninstall this PC and the new printer we bought. It works fine in every other way. I just wondered if anyone else had the same problems.
