When I go onto firefox, which is what I always use, I get a window saying my flashplayer is not working. I close that window and it keeps popping up. If I use IE it doesn't happen. Should I uninstall firefox or flash player and reinstall? I would really appreciate your help.

Firefox has its own plugin for Flash. Go to support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keep-flash-up-to-date-and-troubleshoot-problems. In the table of contents, click on Updating Flash and follow the instructions.
