NEED HELP WITH FLASH PLAYER PLEASE

When I go onto Firefox I keep getting a pop-up saying flash player has stopped working. I have gone to Adobe and installed flash player, but I keep getting the same pop-ups, constantly. Is it okay to uninstall flash player and then reinstall it? Also, if I use IE, I don't get the pop-ups, so I am wondering if it just something wrong in Firefox. I am not a computer genius, so really need some help and advice on what to do. Thanks so much to anyone who can help me.

I think it's Firefox. I had the same problem this morning. It appears to have fixed itself.
