The recent Dell TSV - E226575

If you purchased this, can you tell me if the Adobe Photoshop 12 was supposed to be preloaded or shipped with the software?

My software finally arrived yesterday and it is not in the box, nor is it loaded on the computer.

This program being included was one of the reasons I went with this computer and for it not to be here is highly annoying.

Thanks, nutmeg. I did contact CS and they can't help me other than providing additional phone numbers for me to call, which I will be doing. I posted to see if anyone else experienced missing software.
