Can't watch QVC online .. why?

I keep getting "Sorry, but you need to update your version of Flash".

I clicked "Update Flash" but it still doesn't work. Or is the website not working??

Did that link work for you? If not...what type of device are you using to try and watch videos?

Once you've installed the latest version, you'll also need to close your browser and reboot.
