I'm waiting on a shipment as we speak and the last tracking shows Departure scan with UPS 3 days ago and it's still hasn't updated since then. It shows it's In Transit and scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, but should there have been another update or scan by now. It only shows it leaving California 3 days ago.

UPS never updates on week-ends.

Yes. Completely normal. They don't update every day.

Something is not normal when someone keeps asking the same question over and over again. Each time negating the suggestion to call customer service. Grrr.

I agree. Plus if I remember right it is a higher priced item. Sure hope she can pay those easy pays. But then again QVC has a way of making that happen anyway.

Call UPS or call Customer Service.

The ironic thing is I wish they would charge me already. My item shipped 4 days ago, is scheduled to arrive on Tuesday, and the money is still in my account for some reason.
