Someone on the boards quite awhile ago said there is a phone number a person can call from a landline and pickup voicemail messages so you don't have use you prepaid minutes.

Does anyone know what the number is and the procedure?

Also, I have a LG840G. A yellow post it note showed up on my main screen. When I press it a screen that says "New Note" shows up. I don't know how the yellow post it note got on the main screen and I want to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to remove the widget?

I tried to download the User Guide at TracFone website but it keeps coming up as a Network error and won't finish the download.

Thanks for any info.

You call your tracfone number, hit the * while the message is going, and enter your password.

You can also call 209-607-8211 and follow the prompts (I think you hit # and then your number and password). I don't have the LG840 so I'm just assuming this also works with that model.

Why would anyone with Tracfone call that number? That's only for AT&T Voice Mail.

Why would anyone want to call that AT&T number (and try to remember it) when you can call your OWN Tracfone number to get your voice mail messages. I just don't get it. But...whatever.
