If I'm correct the Nexus 7 uses the Android Jelly Bean OS. That is what I have on my tablet and the Q app for Android works fine for what it is. What problem are you having?

I can load the app description from the play store and then there is a message across the screen that it is not compatible. I have the Nexus 7 32 gb and love it. Is there another way to get the app? I went to the google store. I even tried qvc but was not sure of the directions. I don't even shop HSN of Jewelry tv but I can use their app.

I believe I got it through Google Play but I know I started from the Android App link here at Q. Did you look at the alternate installation instructions here at the Q site? Also, it is possible there was some kind of glitch when you did the original download. Did you try removing it and doing a new install?

The only problem I've had with Q and the tablet is if I tried to watch live. Q insists on using flash and flash is not available through Adobe any longer. I did find a workaround for that and it works perfectly.

To install Adobe Flashplayer 11 on your Android device go to:

The QVC app is not on my Nexus 7, I had to Google it then bookmark it.

THANKS, I will work on getting it another way.

The play store would not even load it to my tablet.... not compatible was the message. Interesting, no problem with HSN.

Same here, Bonnielu. HSN is on the app list at Googleplay, but not QVC. I kept getting the not compatible message, too. I had to Google QVC in the search box and then bookmark it. I did the same thing with the community forums after I had signed in. Now I can go straight to the forums in a flash.

I emailed technical customer service on this issue. I had to laugh, the answer I got back was to check with my Internet Service Provider. Yikes, I should apply for that job. I told them that the app worked on my phone (same ISP).... so why would I have to call anyone other than the Q to fix the app so it works on the Nexus.

I guess I will have to bookmark it or just leave it be and use my smartphone. Seems ashamed that they cannot not identify the problem, first step in fixing it.
