I got the email, oh so promptly deleted it, and sent a little, uh, love tome... right back to Dooney at their CS address... I haven't bought a Dooney since they introduced this line and I see nothing on the horizon that's likely to change that... Of course, it's still fun to look at and comment on the new offerings... Well, maybe I should say, some of the new offerings...

Nope. I can't. I feel strongly about it. My opinion, which I shared with Dooney, though I realize they couldn't care less as long as the bags sell, is that their choice to partner with this family and offer this line negatively impacts their brand's image and also further dilutes it. Those who like the bags should order and enjoy to their heart's content. Likewise, those having a problem with it , whatever their reasons, need have no misgivings about saying so.

You are aware, I'm sure, that we don't all think alike. I would never try to "help" myself from expressing an opinion and hope that I do it in a reasonable fashion.

The sentiments expressed by this family repulse me. So even if I were remotely interested in the product, I would not buy it.
