PVC Dooneys

I am looking at the garden rose shopper (blue) in PVC. I have never had anything but leather bags from D&B. I am wondering if anyone has experience with the PVC and does it hold up? Crack/chip/peel? Hold it's color? Fall apart? Or does it wear well and stay looking nice?

All my bags are dark, either black or brown shades and I was thinking this would be cute for summer use.

Never mind...I found the coated cotton one on Dooney.com and ordered it there. No easy pay but saved me the shipping charge.

I loved that bag in white and in yellow, but I steer away from the seasonal novelty bags. If I was going to grab one though, it might well be this one. A very pretty bag and the coated cotton holds up very well, is light and easy to maintain.
