K-cup expiration date?

I've read here & there people saying they bought a box of K-cups only to find that the expiration date was up very soon. But I just bought the Green Mountain Holiday Pack (with 3 diff flavors) at BB&B and don't see an expiration date anywhere on the box or on the individual cups. Am I missing something? Are K-cups dated and, if so, where at??

There is an expiration date on the bottom of the boxes. That date is also etched onto each k-cup. You may not see it easily, but if run your fingers around the cup and you'll feel it first, then you'll know where to look.

Enjoying my retirement 1 cup of coffee at a time.

NOT invisible anymore, so get over it! I'm not gonna disappear :)

If the expiration date is not on the K-cup, then look on the side or the box of the box it came in. If you have a fresh batch of K-cups, they should be good for at least six months.

Ok thanks. For some reason the bottom of this Holiday Pack box does not have a date stamped on it. Nor on the sides. But I did run my finger around one of the cups & located it. Talk about faint printing!

So anyhow, good until June 2012 & you know they won't last until then! Wink

Thanks for the heads up. I could never find the exp. date on the box, so I checked the Kcup like you said and found it.

I don't know about that idea, you could email Keurig CS at their website. Or check the bottom of the boxes & you might find the expiration dates. Hopefully you have like 6 months or so. I'm sure he'd drink them by then.

I do the same and really I can't tell a difference in the taste.
