Clarks Wendy River vs Wendy Land

Been thinking about picking up one of these two. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two of them. They look so similar...are they the same footbed? Thanks so much. I am eyeing the "red"{#emotions_dlg.tt1}

The wendy bottom is a bit dressier than say the bendables. I have a pair of the wendy sandals in a multi brown that I wear for slightly dressier occasions like church. They are attractive and comfortable.

The straps of the shoe are different.

Wendy Land has a buckle strap that, for me, was next to impossible to use. The buckle was too far back on the shoe. I tried them on at Macys & didn't buy them.

Wendy River has the velcro closure strap which makes it much easier. I'm not a fan of the velcro, but I liked the style of this shoe & bought 2 pairs at Macys.
