Yankee Candle Black Friday

Never received the Black Friday promotion. When I called they said it was shipping separately and was being mailed to me. That was 3 weeks ago and it never arrived. Last time I purchase from them. Anyone else have a problem?

The current promotion I just got an email for is a semi-annual clearance....up to 75% off...

I ordered from them on Cyber Monday and rec'd it within 10 days (probably much sooner but I can't remember). Also ordered from a great sale last January or February and had no problem. Did you get a tracking #? Hoepfully, it was not stolen from your doorstep. I was more concerned about that happening this year then ever before. But I had no problems. Good Luck!

Yankee fessed up they had the order but didn't send the tote. They refunded my money but the only reason I placed an order was to get that promo so now I am over loaded with giant candles!
