Luminara tapers

I love my luminara taper candles, but unfortunately I dropped one the other day and the bottom that holds the battery in broke. I called customer service to see where I could purchase a new bottom but the girl did not know and had no phone number for the company. I would hate to buy a new set of candles just for one plastic bottom. Does anyone know where I could get one, or at least a phone number for the company?
