Ordered the IT TSV through the e-mail the day before it was a TSV. Ordered MEDIUM!

Just arrived at my house and it is RICH!

Called QVC and customer service told me MEDIUM is out of stock!

Do they know when it will be back in stock, NO!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE QVC!

You order a medium and they're out of stock, so instead of putting you on a waitlist and informing you of the fact.... they send you RICH, a product you CAN'T USE~!

qvc is terrible about things like this. I would post this under the Q talk forum and maybe someone will contact you and help you further. It can't hurt to try?

Frisco, how frustrating. You probably want to throw it back in the box and return ASAP, but think about holding onto it until you are closer to your 30 days in case the medium comes back in stock. Or, get the CS rep to agree to give you the same price when it comes back in stock.

Yours should have gone out first, but either way, this is QVC's mistake. That said, you may need to hold their feet to the fire so they make it right.

Maybe even post on Jamie's FB/Twitter?

There is just no excuse for this unless they figured you could hold it this way and somehow get the better price by exchanging when more in your shade are in??? not good

It doesn't have a phone number, but if you go to their website, you can find a customer service email address. Maybe you could email them and ask if they can help replace the product since QVC is out of stock.

I doubt that is the case, it sounds like they just sent her the wrong shade.

I think its two shades darker, tan and then rich, sorry they did not carefully check the package
