can't seem to log in to evine live

Sometimes I get a message saying something like, "not authorized to view this page", after trying to log-in.

Clear your cookies and then retry or sometimes i get the above message also and just retry again and it works..The cookie thing happens every now and then if i leave my laptop on for days on end and it wont let me log in till i clear them.

I keep getting the same message, "not authorized to view this page". I have tried and re-tried for a couple days and still cannot access it.
