O/T - Anyone having trouble accessing Order Status online?

I keep getting "invalid email address". I've tried calling customer service for the last half hour and it's constantly busy. It is snowing here, I don't live far from the Q, wonder if there is a general problem?

Yes. The same thing happened to me with order status and the forums. I had to try several times before I got on.

Yes, and they responded saying I won't be able to log in into for 2-3 hours due to maintenance. I think they should put something up on their website so we don't have to spend 20+ minutes on hold to find out.

Me too. Still can't get on. Changed a check order status to my credit card and it says ""CONTACT CS"" which I did and she said they are having problems.

I was logged into the forums earlier today, had no problems and can still post. I guess I'll keep trying. I bet that's why I can't get thru to CS. Lots of people calling and questioning. Thx for answering.

Now I see all the replies. They should put up a ""maintenance being done"" type note.

Me too! Ipads couldn't log on, my Android phone could. I sent a feedback to webbie an hour ago. All is good now. At first I thought someone got into my account!
