Has anyone heard any additional information about Jet.com

I didn't know where to post this at. From my understanding Jet.com is explained as a mixture between Amazon and Costco. The site is supposed to start selling at the end of Feb. The claim is that Jet.com will make their profits from the membership cost. Some of the information seems vague. Has anyone else been offered a 6 month free membership and know any specifics about this site.
