I've been considering this or the Anastasia dipbrow. There were a lot of reviews complaining of the IT version drying out, so I've decided to get the Anastasia one instead.

Love the highlighter pencil - use it everyday. Brow color is great but I have hard time not being too heavy handed and I find it a little dry. I do love her brow pencil - and find I tend to use that more than the one in this kit. Probably when I need to replace highlighter will try to find at Ulta
