IT's new make up set

I just received this new set from IT Cosmetics and I can't seem to get the CC cream to dispense. I took the seal off and pressed the button but nothing comes out so far. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

You may have to press it a number of times to get it started. Once it is started, the next time you use it, it will only take one pump.

I had to prime the container about 15+ times before any foundation appeared, so keep trying.

I haven't received my new set yet, but I got an email the other day from QVC with tips on how to use the new set but I accidentally deleted it! Does anyone have the info to share, that may help OP and me.
