I had my skin color checked by a little device at sephora.

I have never had that done before, now for once I have the perfect shade for my skin tone.

I hope you had better luck than I did. They still couldn't find my correct shade.

It did not really work for me either

Had it done twice. They chose different colors each time. It did not work.

So funny seeing this today because I had mine done yesterday! Device indicated I was ""Dune"" in the Laura Mercier Fluide foundation that I saw rave reviews about on the Beauty Forum so gave it a try. Sephora girl did her magic and in just a few seconds of stippling it on made my skin look amazing. I've never been so impressed by a foundation before. I sure hope that device is accurate or else I'll be walking around looking like I have a mask on.

I had my color checked at my local Clinique counter years ago. I only wear Clinique. I am able to always get the perfect match for me in foundation.
