O.T. Lamo Boots - Cresson -seams

I recieved the long awaited boot. It is very cute BUT I can feel the seams on the inside near my arch on both boots. I tried to reach it to cut it but couldn't. Anyone else have this issue. I'm not sure if I should exchange, return ( and lose$$) or just hope it goes away... or i get use to it

So I have seen on other threads that others have had this same issue, any idea how besides exchanging it can be fixed?
