Nail polishe question?

Lately I've seen many women wear a different color polishe on their ring finger. Does this have a meaning? Thank you.

No. It's just an accent color and you can do it on a ring finger or any other. I sometimes do my thumb and index in one color and the other 3 fingers in a contrasting color. Some people do their thumbs because they text with their thumbs.
