Sorry - I missed the presentation. I love music boxes and have a number of different types. I have one similar to the one shown. I bought it from Hammacher Schlemmer. It has discs that you can change. I am guessing the one QVC was selling you can change the cylinder?

I have a larger version of the music box shown that plays the bells. It is a box about 12 inches high and 16 inches long. It plays 16 songs. There have larger discs that can be changed.
