Even with very dark brunette (almost black) hair? I've always been nervous to try this because I'm afraid it will look like I've got dandruff, lol!

It might not be the best on very dark hair. My hair is light brown with highlights throughout. Also, after you put some baby powder on your hair, it's important to brush....so that it doesn't show. I really do this...probably at least once a week. Smiley Happy

Thanks for confirming that this is probably not for me!

I have white hair, but baby powder makes my hair look dull and dusty (or like Tim Conway wearing a white wig on Carol Burnett). But maybe I'm not brushing enough. Or, my baby powder is the corn starch, not talc, so that might be the prob?

And tigriss, I'll give Suave a try!

I agree. I use the one in the gold can. I have dark hair and it doesn't leave a residue.

I use Vidal Sasoon for Rich Darks. Works great for me.

Last time I looked, my drugstore was woefully short on selection. I should hit a different one and I'll keep an eye out for VS. NOT the Rich Dark, though! :-)
