TSV L'Occitane my tube is crushed

in the hand lotion of shea butter but everything else is perfect........I wonder why? Those tubes are easy to bend........I may call them about it. Everything else is so nice and it will take me a long time to use this all.

Someone in our local town is making homemade lip gloss and bath milk and soaps and they are so nice but I did not realize until after I purchased this. Theirs is really oily though.

I ordered a set of hand creams about 3 years ago from this company through QVC, and several were bent, but not crushed. Ruined the look of the presentation, and I am glad it was not sent as a gift.

I remember when the line first made its debut and the lady presenting it made me think of Laura's school teacher on Little House- Eliza Jane---
