Does anyone use pure apple cider vinegar for beauty or health purposes?

Did your dr. approve you taking it? I have only used the apple cider vinegar w/water for a rinse for my hair.

I am doing this also, but I mix mine in a big glass of water. That way it doesn't taste that bad.

I had better luck with drinking dill pickle juice for acid reflux and heartburn.

ITA I didn't like the taste of ACV at all either.

The use of vinegar for all sorts of things has been around a long time.

I remember a diet that included a tablespoon of vinegar. It was supposed to help burn fat. Don't think it did!

It is a great de-tangler for hair. Equal parts water and ACV in a spray bottle. AWESOME, great shine also.

I have not had a chance to talk to the dr who did my endoscopy. I should mention it to my primary dr.

I think I remember the diet with the ACV and cayenne pepper? I may be wrong. After googling, I did see that it is used for weight loss.

There was also mention for use on the hair. Definitely something to try, as long as I don't end up smelling like a salad

I tried drinking ACV because it is supposed to be good for you, but it upset my stomach so I had to stop.

Add a little honey to the acv and water and it will taste better. I've been thinking of trying it, supposed to be good for digestion.
