No where else to turn for help. Loving people on this site are needed. I left a job due to bullying as I am older....I suffered with no help from HR/Mgmt for 18 months. Guess what? They are following me to my new job! I don't know if I want to even go to my new job after being informed of this Friday....Advice please

Are the bullies following you as in they have jobs in your new office? Or have they provided false information to your new office? Or are they literally following you around?

I would not turn down a new job due to the bullies...don't let them control your life! if they are going to be working at your new job, can you return to your old one? If not, I would tell them upfront to leave you alone and at the first sign of a problem I would go to the HR person and hopefully they are more responsive than your former employer....good luck in your new job!

If you are being harassed, you may wish to seek advice from an attorney. Often there is an initial consultation at no charge. I am sorry that you are going through this very stressful situation.

Be in total control, and keep 'above' them. Try to enjoy your new job. Please explain more, so the other posters will possibly have better advice for you.
